Sunday – Mostly Sunny for All Outdoor Acivities

If you liked yesterday’s weather you will love today’s.  About the same except a couple degrees warmer for a high, 79F.  We have a tranquil weather pattern as high pressure off the Atlantic coast keeping us with “Chamber of Commerace” weather with no rain today.  Here is the latest US surface map:


Plenty of outside events today such as the Renaissance Festival in Deerfield, the Garlic Festival in Delray Beach, and of course all of our local parks.  Get outside and enjoy what we have out there today.

A Weekend to be Outside

There is not much to say but this is a beautiful weekend ahead.  Mild temps, mostly sunny skies, and no rain will make for  an outside type of weekend.  Starting off at 69F in Pompano and we will get up to 78F.

Looking ahead, not seeing any extreme changes and rain will be minimal for the next five to seven days.  Here is the latest GEFS highs and lows for Pompano:

Compared to Last Sunday – Much Warmer and Nicer

By now you should have thawed from last Sunday’s cold and rain and today will more than make up for it.  We are at 66F as of 8am and we should see a high of 80F today with clear to partly sunny skies.

Looking over the next week precipitation should be light and sporadic. Temps will be about the same as we saw yesterday and today through the week with no real fluctuations.  The front I mentioned yesterday might be delayed until after next weeeknd with the GFS backing off cooler weather for next weekend.  Here is the latest high/lows from the GFS:

Beautiful Weather Saturday

After a rainy, cold Sunday last weekend we are off to a great start today.  63F this morning in Pompano on our way to a high of 77F with a few clouds and no rain expected.  Highs in the area per the latest HRRR:


More of the same tomorrow with a slightly better chance of a shower.  For the longer term not seeing any real cold weather on the horizon so we will remain mild with a modest dip in temps next weekend but quickly going back to around normal as seen in the latest GEFS:
