5/21 – High Risk of Rip Currents, Mostly Dry

Much like yesterday we are starting the day at 80F and looking at a high of 87F.  The easterly wind off the ocean is regulating our temps not giving us much a range between our highs and lows.  Along with the easterly wind comes the high risk of rip currents so again starting our of the Atlantic waters.

It may have felt hot lately but our highs have only been slightly above normal as you can see in Pompano’s climate data over the past seven days.

For the next week not much change.  GFS does show for now a better chance of rain late this work week with not much change in temps.  The 90s seen here on the GEFS may be a bit over done though.

No reason not to get outside and enjoy the day!
