The expected rain is now starting over the area and will be with us for the next few hours as the cold front moves through the area. We are at the highs of the day with a current temp of 73°. We may get back get back to the 70s this afternoon but the rain will cool us down for the morning.
After the rain and clouds clear this afternoon we will become breezy and cool as we head to our Monday morning low of 48°.
No significant weather hazards today, though we will watch for lightning with the strongest storms this morning. There is a Small Craft Advisory for boaters today for all area waters.
